Every order placed is packed and shipped directly from us in the UK to your address.
All Packaging used is 100% recyclable even our sticky labels!
Delivery rates
Items marked with 'Quick Ship' are delivered within 2 working days.
Standard UK Delivery Mon-Sat- 5-8 working days from dispatch. All UK orders shipped by us are shipped with Royal mail. Some items are shipped direct from the brand- all available options will be shown at checkout.
Ireland Tracked Delivery: (Customs not included)- Shipped with Royal mail International/An post. Estimated 8-10 working days from dispatch dependant on customs clearance times which can vary.
International EU/Non EU Tracked Delivery - This service can take from 10-20 working days from the date of dispatch. *You will be required to pay Customs charges in accordance with your countries import policies. The postage covers a fully tracked and insured service, it does not cover customs charges.
If you refuse delivery because you do not want to pay customs & taxes then you will not be entitled to a postage refund.
Delivery times do not include Bank holidays/Christmas/New years.
