Refund policy

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES


We want you to be happy with your purchase so making a return or exchange if you need to is easy.
To return, simply open a return request in your account and follow the instructions.
 If you would like to exchange an item you can request this when you open your return request.

You can cancel your order in your account within 1 hour of placing your order, after this you will need to contact us to cancel, which can only be done if the order has not been dispatched.
For returns, please send any items to the following address within 14 days of your return being approved:

Please include a copy of your order which can be printed off from your email and state your return request in with the returned items and your reason for returning.
SALE or OUTLET items are non refundable.


We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent. If an item is returned damaged or soiled we will return the item to you.
All items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and in original packaging. Some items have tags that state a refund will not be given if they are removed.


Please be aware that the parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

We do not offer refunds for any items bought through private sample sales. Items bought through our private online sample sale can be exchanged for the same item or another of the same value. Or if you would prefer we can refund you in points to your account.


Refunds will be issued within 30 working days of us receiving the item back. This time frame also applies to cancelled orders and pre orders.
