RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL REFUNDS CAN NOW BE PROCESSED IN YOUR ACCOUNT. SIMPLY LOGIN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US AND SELECT THE ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF IT BEING APPROVED OR YOUR REQUEST WILL BE CLOSED.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so making a return or exchange if you need to is easy. If you would like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, please let us know what size you will require.

If you need to arrange an exchange please contact us via email at customercare@lovemyapparel.com to place your exchange request with us. 

For returns, please send any items to the following address within 14 days of your return being approved:

LOVE MY APPAREL, PO BOX 327, WEST YORKSHIRE, BD18 9DR.

Please include a copy of your order which can be printed off from your email and state your return request in with the returned items and your reason for returning.

SALE or OUTLET items are non refundable.

We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent. If an item is returned damaged or soiled we WILL REFUSE to refund and return the item to you or in some cases offer you store credit. All items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and in original packaging. Some items have tags that state a refund will not be given if they are removed.

We cannot refund lingerie or swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed or pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons. We recommend that you try all underwear and swimwear on over your own briefs.

Please be aware that the parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

We do not offer refunds for any items bought through private sample sales. Items bought through our private online sample sale can be exchanged for the same item or another of the same value. Or if you would prefer we can refund you in points to your account.
